Refund policy

At Tarzone, we want you to be happy with every purchase. As our collection includes women's ethnic wear such as Kurta Sets, A-Line Kurta Sets, Anarkali Sets, Co-ord Sets, and Tops, we recommend carefully checking the size chart, color, and product details before placing your order.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following situations:

• The product delivered is incorrect.
• The product received is damaged or defective.
• The product received has a manufacturing or quality issue.

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged after delivery, or used are not eligible for return.

Size Exchange

We offer size exchanges within 48 hours of delivery, subject to product and size availability.

To request a size exchange:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Provide your Order ID.
3. Mention the required size.
4. Share clear photographs or videos of the product if requested by our team.
5. The product must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Size exchanges are subject to availability.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Conditions

A product may not be accepted for return or exchange if:

• It has been worn or washed.
• It has been altered or modified.
• It has stains, perfume marks, makeup marks, or other signs of use.
• Original tags or packaging are missing.
• The product has been damaged after delivery.
• The exchange request is submitted after the applicable time period.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team as soon as possible with:

• Order ID
• Clear photographs of the product
• Clear photographs of the packaging
• A short video, if requested by our support team

Our team will review the request and provide the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Tarzone does not generally provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases or products that simply do not meet personal preferences.

For an approved return involving an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, Tarzone may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Tarzone
