• Size exchange is allowed if the product does not fit properly

2. Exchange Request Timeline

• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

3. Product Condition

• Must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

• Tags and packaging must be intact

4. Exchange Terms

• Exchange is subject to size availability

• Only one-time exchange allowed per order

• If size is unavailable, store credit will be provided

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

• Customized or altered products

• Clearance / sale items (if mentioned)

6. Shipping Charges

• Exchange shipping charges may apply

• Reverse pickup fee up to ?100 can be charged
