Return & Exchange Policy – Tarzone Fashion

1.We offer easy returns & size exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Eligibility depends on product type and availability.

2.For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit (wallet).

3.Any issue related to damaged, defective, or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video or images.

4.Products purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotional offers (including combos or discounts) are not eligible for return, only exchange (if applicable).

5.A reverse pickup fee up to ?100 may be charged in case of multiple or frequent returns. This amount will be deducted from the refund/store credit.

6.For hygiene and product integrity, certain items are non-returnable, such as:

• Blouses (if stitched)

• Customized or altered outfits
