The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video).
Customized or stitched products
Items purchased during sale or special offers
Slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences will not be considered defects
Refunds are processed only after the product is received and inspected
Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or store credit
Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process
Reverse pickup may be arranged (depending on location), or customers may need to self-ship the product
Shipping charges are non-refundable
